Pittsburgh, PA (September 13, 2010) - Today, Grant Street Group announced that the Charlotte County Tax Collector is now live on TaxSys®, Grant Street Group's state-of-the-art, web-based tax collection and billing system. Charlotte County collects over $292 million in property taxes on more than 234,000 parcels and is the eleventh Florida Tax Collector that has successfully converted to TaxSys since the system was launched in 2006.

Pittsburgh, PA (March 3, 2010) - Yesterday, after a year-long selection process, the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a contract with Grant Street Group to supply the County with TaxSys®, a state-of-the-art, web-based tax collection and billing system. Miami-Dade will become the twelfth Florida County to switch to TaxSys since the system was launched in 2006. The County is replacing its internally developed system built 25 years ago.

Pittsburgh, PA (February 8, 2010) - The Clerk & Comptroller of Palm Beach County is now conducting foreclosure auctions online using Grant Street Group's ClerkAuction® platform at www.mypalmbeachclerk.clerkauction.com. Since the first auction on January 21, 2010, more than 900 participants from twenty states and two countries outside the U.S. have registered to use the new online auction system, which replaces all in-person, courthouse auctions in Palm Beach County. Sale participants from any location can now go online to research pending foreclosure sales, register to bid, submit required deposit money, and bid on properties from their home or office. Interested bidders have already submitted over $1.3 million of deposit funds.

Pittsburgh, PA (February 4, 2010) Today, a Broward County Circuit Court judge upheld a combined $1.46 million final judgment against Realauction.com, LLC and its CEO, Lloyd E. McClendon, III of Plantation, Florida, based on a jury's verdict finding both Defendants liable for defamation and tortious interference with an advantageous business relationship and awarding monetary damages to Grant Street Group. The judgment against each Defendant is $730,149.
