ARCauction allows for the initial underwriting and/or regular reset of auction rate certificates (ARC) via either an internal order-taking process within a firm, or via an auction process among one or more broker-dealers and conducted by the auction agent.
The Auction Agent uses a web site created, hosted and maintained by Grant Street Group to perform its duties for auction reset securities.
The site can be used by both auction agent and dealers to enter bids and record changes in holdings.
Results are tabulated instantly and accessible to auction agent and bidders in a variety of report formats.
