I have worked at Grant Street Group for over 4 years now and have held several positions at the company. I have administered all types of auctions, provided support for our bidders, created documentation for GICs and, now, I support our TaxSys clients as a Business Analyst. My responsibilities include fielding questions on functionality, troubleshooting issues and effectively communicating our client's needs to the department.
Because I have worked on all of our products, I've had the opportunity to work with almost everyone in the company and I'm convinced they are our biggest asset.
