Grant Street Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide support to our clients for a variety of technology-related issues. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to client IT staff and GSG employees across the US, in the following areas:

  • Managing hardware deployed at client locations: payment terminals, routers, servers, network devices, kiosks, etc.
  • Improving the client experience with Grant Street Group products. This includes network optimization guidance, browser, and other technology assistance.
  • Establishing relationships with clients’ IT staff to consult on hardware, software and security.
  • Supporting our employees with laptops, tablets, smart phones, printers, and applications.
  • Supporting our annual client conferences.
  • Working closely with our product owners, business analysts, and system administrators.

You will interact with customers and colleagues in-person or by chat, help tickets, email, or phone. This position requires 20-30% travel to client locations, and working from home for the remainder of the time. This position is open to U.S.-based telecommuters.
