Revenue Operations Specialist (Remote)
Grant Street Group is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to help guide the Company during its next phase of growth.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will be responsible for architecting and leading the company’s end‑to‑end revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management working in close collaboration with Product and Finance. This role serves as the operational and analytical backbone of the Go‑to‑Market (GTM) organization, translating growth strategy into executable, measurable, and scalable operating systems that deliver predictable, capital‑efficient revenue growth.
The Revenue Operations Specialist will be central to revenue strategy execution, forecasting, pipeline management, commercial operations, and revenue intelligence. They will build the infrastructure, governance, and analytics required to deliver board‑ready insights, drive performance, and ensure the health of the revenue engine at every stage of the customer lifecycle. This function is new to Grant Street Group, and the selected candidate will have the opportunity to participate in developing this area of the organization in line with the company’s overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CRO to define and operationalize the company’s revenue growth strategy across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Account Management.
- Design the Revenue Operating Model including segmentation, territory strategy, capacity planning, coverage models, and quota setting.
- Build and maintain multi‑year revenue plans aligned to company growth targets.
- Architect scalable, repeatable Go‑to‑Market processes from lead generation through contracting, renewals, and expansion.
- Establish and enforce sales policies, rules of engagement, and territory alignment to maximize selling time and ensure consistent execution.
- Own the Revenue and Client Health Technology stack including the company’s CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce or comparable enterprise CRM).
- Build a revenue intelligence function that integrates CRM, Finance, product usage, and client health data into a single, trusted growth platform.
- Define the data model, governance standards, and reporting architecture required to deliver cross team visibility, forecasting accuracy, and regular reporting cadence.
- Build predictive forecasting models, scenario planning, and risk analysis to provide forward‑looking, board‑ready revenue outlooks.
- Partner with Finance to align revenue operations with billing, revenue recognition, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marking, and Account Management to build and manage a high‑performing Revenue Operations organization.
- Establish a metrics‑driven culture with clear accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Analytics leadership within a fast-growing, $50M-$300M+ company, preferably in the B2B SaaS or Technology space.
- Strategic & Financial Acumen: Deep fluency in SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Technology Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of modern Go-to-Market technology ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, BI/analytics, and CPQ) with a proven track record of building scalable, Board-ready revenue analytics and reporting infrastructure. Experience leading Salesforce environments or comparable enterprise CRM platforms is strongly preferred.
- Analytics & Data Leadership: Demonstrated ability to architect enterprise analytics platforms, build predictive models, and translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present with confidence to Executive Leadership and Board of Directors.
