Today, the San Bernardino County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector will begin accepting deposits from bidders interested in participating in the County’s reoffer sale of tax-defaulted properties on https://sbcounty.mytaxsale.com, a custom auction website hosted by Grant Street Group.
A $1,000.00 bid deposit and $35.00 non-refundable processing fee is required for a bidder to participate in the sale. Deposits will be accepted beginning July 14th, and must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Friday, August 1, 2014, in order for a bidder to participate in the sale.
The reoffer sale opens on Saturday, August 9th. Auction batches begin closing on Monday, August 11th, and the final batches will close Friday, August 15th. 1,597 properties are available for sale; data on the available properties will also be available on the auction site on July 14th.
