NASPO ValuePoint is a cooperative purchasing program for public entities. Its Master Agreements are established through competitive, multi-state solicitations and may reduce the time and effort required to procure approved solutions.
Use of the agreement depends on an applicable Participating Addendum and each entity’s procurement requirements.
What does the agreement cover?
The Master Agreement applies specifically to PaymentExpress and the related services included in the contract. Built specifically for government, PaymentExpress helps agencies accept, manage, and reconcile payments across online, in-person, and phone channels.
How can the agreement be used?
A state adopts the Master Agreement through a Participating Addendum, which establishes state-specific terms and determines which public entities may use it. Each entity must also follow its own procurement requirements.
