In this interview, we speak with Mike Baca, CIO for the New Mexico Tax and Revenue Department. For Mike and state employees, the pandemic forced “a true paradigm shift” in how projects were imagined and implemented. Mike shares that keeping citizens and employees safe during the pandemic was the impetus behind their new, “revolutionized” approach to adapting and delivering government services for online distribution.
