Software Support Analysts at Grant Street Group provide phone and email support for our suite of software products. We host tax systems for multiple government entities, provide platforms to auction tax deeds and liens, and conduct various online services that utilize our rapidly expanding payment processing software.
Our analysts also go beyond typical tier 1 support to research issues, gather requirements for new features, test software updates, and create and maintain the comprehensive set of tools we need in order to operate across a wide range of products. We believe this is a non-traditional support role full of variety, independence, and openness to process improvement. You’re not reciting a script; you’re problem solving daily and making an impact for our customers.
No two days, or even two hours, are the same. You may start your day by resolving a bidding question on one of the auction platforms, then change gears to help someone who is having difficulty using their browser to make a payment, and then ask probing questions to figure out what the email with the text “it doesn’t work” means. After that you may find yourself rewriting help documentation because of something a caller was confused about, and then testing the new feature you suggested after development is complete. All of this may happen before you even have the chance to decide what to have for lunch.
