Choose between a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan or a High Deductible plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Both plans offer superior coverage, with most in-network services covered at 100%. We also provide partial deductible reimbursement.
We believe you’ll thrive when you can maintain a work/life balance. We expect 40 hours a week of your best work. Outside of that, your time is yours.
We intentionally don’t have a formal number of sick days allowed per year. If you’re sick you should take time away from work to recover, plain and simple.
More than 60% of our employees telecommute. So if you like where you live, or have family and friends in your area, you can work with us without relocating. Our team members stay connected and engaged no matter where they are because of the collaboration tools we use.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
You work hard and deserve some time away so you can come back refreshed and ready to take on the next challenge. If you’ve been at Grant Street Group less than 5 years, you have 18 days of PTO a year. If you’ve been here longer than 5 years, it’s 24 days.
Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave
This is a family-friendly workplace. We offer paid maternity and paternity leave. When mothers return to work, we have a mother’s room for privacy.
Pay Protection for Illness or Disability
If you’re unable to work due to an illness or disability, Grant Street Group has both short-term and long-term disability insurance to mitigate financial concerns during that time.
To help you meet your financial and retirement goals, we offer a 401(k) plan that is managed by American Funds. In 2017, we instituted a $0.50 match per $1 of employee contributions up to 5% of total compensation.
Annual Bonus Program
A substantial part of our total compensation package includes eligibility for a performance-based year-end bonus.

Pausing work to connect with our colleagues is a priority at Grant Street Group. We hold monthly meetings, lunches, and birthday celebrations.
Even if you work remotely, you’ll have the opportunity to come to Pittsburgh — at the Company’s expense — at least twice a year for internal company conferences that include roundtable discussions, strategy meetings, and social events.
We love it when remote employees visit! You can reserve hoteling stations in our Pittsburgh office and come in for a meeting, or even just for a change of scenery from your home office.
When the weather is warm, you can take advantage of our rooftop patios. Our outdoor spaces are equipped with tables, wi-fi, and umbrellas so that you can choose to work, eat, or take a break while getting some fresh air.
