Grant Street Group is looking for a highly motivated individual in Pittsburgh to work on a variety of technology-related issues. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to Grant Street Group employees in Pittsburgh and across the US, in the following areas:

  • Triaging incoming help desk requests
  • Managing workstation hardware and software
  • Supporting tablets, smartphones, printers, and applications
  • Prioritizing and following up on tickets until resolved
  • Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate team members

You will interact with colleagues in-person or by chat, help tickets, email, or phone.
