If so, you should consider bringing your talent to Grant Street!

We are a growth-oriented, privately held software development company that supports a variety of government clients in financial transactions. Our hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) applications support tax collection, electronic payments, bond auctions and more.

We are actively looking for an exceptional project coordinator for one of our client contracts. You’d be assisting an experienced project manager and other project leads in all aspects of a complex software implementation.

You’ll play a key role in the project’s success and have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, including:

  • Scheduling, attending, and notetaking in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting key action items and decisions from meetings
  • Monitoring project progress and following up on overdue tasks

We value potential over experience, and we know you’re more than just a resume. Here are the qualities that make you the perfect fit:

  • Outstanding planning and time management capabilities
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
  • Experience working collaboratively with others
  • Enthusiasm to travel with the project team for 4-5 day visits to our client’s office once or twice per month
  • Professionalism and integrity

We are based in Pittsburgh and have clients throughout the country. Our professionals live throughout the United States so there is no need to relocate, although Pittsburgh or northern California residents are slightly preferred.

This position will be subcontracted through a local business enterprise that is partnering with Grant Street on the project. The anticipated length of the project is 12-15 months with the possibility to be hired as a full-time employee once that project is completed.

Our extraordinary company culture is the foundation of our unmatched customer service — just ask our clients! We reward teamwork, professional excellence, and individual responsibility. Using the best collaboration tools available, we offer a technology-rich work environment that makes it possible for us to support on-site and telecommuting positions tailored to the needs of our employees. If you are passionate about your work, you have entrepreneurial spirit and you want to be on a team of exceptional professionals, Grant Street is for you.
