Today, Grant Street Group announced that the Douglas County, Nebraska Treasurer’s Office has implemented PaymentExpress, Grant Street’s electronic payment processing platform, as its new online payment solution.
The Douglas County Treasurer processes payments for motor vehicle, real estate and personal property taxes. PaymentExpress had previously been implemented for in-office credit and debit card payments at both the Treasurer’s service centers and the County Sheriff's office, and currently processes over $26 million in card payments each year.

PaymentExpress was selected as the new online payment provider following a thorough competitive bid process headed by the Douglas County and City of Omaha Purchasing Department in 2016.
